Products returned after the expiration date will be
refused. We do not accept returns on products marked as “closeout”
items.
Little Miss Liberty
Any request to return merchandise must be
accompanied by a “return authorization number” issued by the Little Miss
Liberty Customer Service Department. The number must appear on all
returned boxes and paperwork or shipment will be refused.
Laundered, soiled, damaged or tampered
goods – in any manner, will not be accepted.
Any acceptable goods returned or shipments
refused will receive a 35% re-stocking charge. No exceptions. Damages
and shortages must be reported within three days of receipt of
merchandise.
Warranty: The Little Miss Liberty Round
Crib Company guarantee applies solely to defects in material and
workmanship. All products are guaranteed for 30 days from receipt of
shipment.
Liability for defects in workmanship and
materials are limited to replacement of goods or cost of defective
product. It is at sole discretion of Little Miss Liberty Round Crib
Company.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of
receipt of the product if the item is damaged, defective or an incorrect
order.
Squeaker Sneakers
Returns are accepted within 7 days of
receipt of the product if the item is damaged, defective or an incorrect
order.
BeBeLove USA
Warranty: 1 Year Limited Warranty:
BeBeLove USA warrants that the frame is free of defects for one year
following the date of delivery to the original purchaser. The warranty
is valid only to the original purchaser and under normal use.
Repairs must be made by BeBeLove USA or an
authorized dealer, otherwise this warranty is void. BeBeLove USA
reserves the right to repair or replace the warranted item.
Returns
1. Any defective product MUST be reported within
three days upon receipt of it.
Once a defective is reported, we will try to solve the issue by sending
out replacement parts. If the issue is not replaceable, we will issue a
call tag and ship out a new one. If defective products are reported
after three days upon receipt, we will charge shipping and
replacement parts. Below is the price chart. Shipping is included.

2. Any man-caused damages to the products will not
be accepted. All returned products will be inspected by our inspectors
to determine that returned goods are really defective upon arrival.
3. BeBeLove USA will only accept
Never Been Used and NEW products being returned back to them. If
a returned good has been used or is dirty, the good will be returned
back to the buyer at his/her expense and we will charge $25.00 on your
account.
If a stroller has been used, we will not accept
it. If you feel like this is not what you want, just pack it back into
the box and DO NOT use it.
4. All returned products must be in its original
box.
BeBeLove will charge 30% restocking fee and return
shipping charge.
Pem America
Returns and
Exchanges: Items must have original packaging and paperwork to be
eligible for a refund or exchange. Return shipping charges are the
responsibility of the customer.
Items altered by the customer may not be
returned or exchanged. A restocking fee of all items taken out of the
original packaging will be charged a $7.50 per item.
Returns will only be accepted within 30
days after the product has been shipped.
Olive Kids
Returns on items
will be accepted within 30 days and a refund will be credited back to
your credit card minus any shipping, handling or freight charges.
RETURNS ON ORDERS OVER $200 ARE SUBJECT TO A 5% RESTOCKING FEE. Items
must be unopened and in resalable condition. Any item that has been
opened will not be accepted and will be returned to the consumer and
return shipping charges will be billed to your credit card. Customers
are responsible for the return of any product. We strongly suggest that
you use insurance on all returns.
